JEFF NUGENT

Jeff Nugent with Columbia Valley Inspection Service grew up here in Eastern Washington for most of his life moving here in 1977. Jeff left the Tri Cities in 1986 to serve in the US Army and served on active duty for seven years.  He return to the Tri Cities in 1993 and now resides in Kennewick where he is raising a family of his own and enjoying the benefits of life in the North West.

Jeff is a licensed Home Inspector with the State of Washington (Lisence # 350) and Structural Pest Inspector with the Department of Agriculture (License # 77102).  In addition to having preformed many inspections here in the Tri Cities and surrounding areas.  He has also completed 120 hours in residential home inspections from Bellingham Technical College and has additional schooling with the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. Along with working with some of the best home inspectors in the state Jeff is also a associate member in good standing with ASHI member number 249737 (American Society of Home Inspectors).
